  • You have 10 days to review the dubbed output and request reasonable revisions. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.

  • WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE USE OF OUR SERVICES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, OR ANY OTHER SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.
  • OUR TOTAL LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT OF FEES PAID FOR THE SPECIFIC DUBBING PROJECT IN QUESTION.

Return and Refund Policy

Our Commitment

At Meow! Dubbing, we strive for customer satisfaction. If you're not completely happy with our AI dubbing services, please review our policy below.


Refunds


  • Timing: Refund requests must be made within 10 days of receiving your completed dubbed project.
  • Eligibility: We offer refunds in the following cases:
    • Technical Errors: If the dubbed output contains significant technical errors on our part (distorted audio, incorrect synchronization, etc.) that cannot be remediated.
    • Substandard Quality: If the dubbing is drastically below industry standards and agreed-upon quality levels, despite your provision of clear instructions and source material.
    • Undelivered Service: If we fail to deliver the dubbed project within the agreed-upon timeframe and you no longer require the service.
  • Partial Refunds: May be considered on a case-by-case basis for issues impacting only portions of the dubbed project.
  • Ineligible for Refunds:
    • Subjective Dissatisfaction: We cannot guarantee refunds for changes in mind, stylistic preferences, or if you dislike the AI-generated voice that was selected.
    • Client-Side Issues: Refunds are not issued due to errors in the original source material provided, incorrect translation scripts, or delays from your side.


Refund Process


  1. Contact Us: Email info@meowdubbing with your order details and a detailed reason for your refund request.
  2. Review: We will review your case within 10 business days and may request additional information.
  3. Decision: If approved, we'll process the refund to your original payment method within 15 business days.


Returns


As AI dubbing provides a digital service, we do not accept physical returns.
